Shipping Policy
At Battle Born Hobby, we work hard to get your order packed carefully and shipped as quickly as possible. Every order is packed by hand to help ensure your kits, paints, and hobby supplies arrive safely.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.
During holidays, sales, new product releases, or periods of high order volume, processing may take up to 5 business days. If a significant delay occurs, we will contact you using the email address provided with your order.
Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or federal holidays.
Shipping Methods
Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout. Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and shipped.
Once your order has been handed to the carrier, delivery times are the responsibility of the shipping carrier and cannot be guaranteed.
Tracking Information
When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Packaging
We take pride in carefully packaging every order. Model kits, paints, and accessories are packed with protective materials to help minimize the risk of shipping damage.
Shipping Damage
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Photos of the shipping box and packaging

Photos of the shipping label (if possible)
This information helps us work with the shipping carrier and resolve your claim as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If an incorrect address is entered and the order has not yet shipped, contact us immediately and we will do our best to update it.
If an order is returned because of an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the package.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our direct control.
If your tracking shows no movement for several days or your package appears to be lost, please contact us and we will gladly assist you in working with the carrier.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States.
