Academy’s SBD-2 features a detailed cockpit, detailed landing gear, and finely molded surface detail. The kit includes photo-etched parts for additional detail, along with a masking seal to make finishing the model easier.

The canopy and dive flaps can be positioned open or closed, giving you flexibility when deciding how to display your finished aircraft. The kit also includes 1,000 lb. and 100 lb. bombs and decals for the Battle of Midway subject.
