Squadron Colors paints are formulated specifically for airbrush use and come ready to spray directly from the bottle. Each bottle contains a built-in flow control agent that provides smooth atomization, excellent coverage, and consistent performance. If additional thinning is desired, Squadron recommends using Squadron Colors Acrylic Thinner, distilled water, isopropyl alcohol (IPA), or a combination of these. Avoid using lacquer thinners or acrylic thinners from other manufacturers, as they may adversely affect the paint.

Application Tips

  • Spray directly from the bottle or thin with Squadron Colors Acrylic Thinner, distilled water, IPA, or a combination if needed.
  • Spray at approximately 18–25 PSI for best results.
