The Panther Ausf.A represented an important evolution of the Panther design, introducing a redesigned turret and other improvements over the earlier Ausf.D. This Takom kit specifically represents a very early Ausf.A configuration, making it an interesting subject for modelers who enjoy historically specific WWII armor.
