The Vallejo Model Air Cold War & Modern Russian Desert Patterns AFV Paint Set contains eight colors selected for painting camouflage schemes used on Cold War-era Soviet and modern Russian armored fighting vehicles.

The colors are based on official Soviet/USSR color references and are designed to reproduce the complex multi-color camouflage patterns used on armored vehicles and military trucks. These schemes were developed for both urban and desert environments and can feature soft, airbrushed boundaries or sharply defined camouflage patches.
