Recreate authentic early-war Luftwaffe camouflage with Squadron Colors Luftwaffe RLM 65 Light Blue Acrylic Airbrush Paint (15ml Bottle). This premium airbrush-ready acrylic paint is accurately matched to RLM 65 Hellblau (Light Blue), the standard underside color used on German World War II aircraft during the early years of the war. It is ideal for painting iconic aircraft such as the Messerschmitt Bf 109E, Messerschmitt Bf 110, Heinkel He 111, Junkers Ju 87 Stuka, and Dornier Do 17.
Squadron Colors paints are formulated specifically for airbrush use and come ready to spray directly from the bottle. Each bottle contains a built-in flow control agent for smooth application, excellent atomization, and consistent coverage. If additional thinning is desired, Squadron recommends using Scale Colors Thinner, distilled water, isopropyl alcohol (IPA), or a combination of these. Avoid using lacquer thinners or acrylic thinners from other manufacturers, as they may negatively affect the paint.

Application Tips

- Shake thoroughly before each use until fully mixed.
- Spray directly from the bottle or thin with Scale Colors Thinner, distilled water, IPA, or a combination if needed.
- Spray at approximately 18–25 PSI for best results.
- Apply several light coats for smooth, even coverage.
- Use over a quality primer for maximum adhesion and color accuracy.
- Allow approximately 24 hours for full curing before masking or weathering.
