Tamiya 1/35 German Sturmgeschütz IV Sd.Kfz.163 Plastic Model Kit

Build the iconic German Sturmgeschütz IV (StuG IV) in 1/35 scale with this classic Tamiya plastic model kit.

The Sturmgeschütz IV, designated Sd.Kfz.163, was a German assault gun developed during World War II using the chassis of the Panzer IV. Armed with a 7.5cm StuK 40 L/48 gun, the StuG IV served as an effective tank destroyer and infantry-support vehicle during the later years of the war.

Tamiya's 1/35 scale kit captures the distinctive low-profile shape of the StuG IV and includes several options that allow modelers to customize their build. The kit features an optional concrete armor block for the front hull, Schürzen side armor plates, and a detailed exterior with characteristic fittings and equipment. A commander figure in an action pose is also included.

At approximately 200mm long, the finished model makes an excellent addition to a WWII German armor collection or a larger diorama depicting the Eastern or Western Front. The kit also includes markings for several German assault gun units.
