Tamiya Acrylic paints are formulated for both brush painting and airbrushing and can be used on styrol resins, Styrofoam, wood, and common model plastics. The paint covers well, flows smoothly, and can be blended easily. For airbrushing, it can be thinned with Tamiya X-20A Acrylic Thinner for proper application.

Flat Earth (XF-52) is a versatile earth-brown color particularly useful for British and Italian armor, as well as camouflage, vehicle interiors, equipment, groundwork, and weathering effects. Its flat finish makes it especially useful for realistic military model finishes.
