Tamiya XF-88 Dark Yellow 2 Mini Acrylic Matte Finish – 81788

Product Description

Tamiya XF-88 Dark Yellow 2 is a matte, water-soluble acrylic paint formulated for scale modeling. This shade was developed to reproduce the yellow used in the typical three-color camouflage of German WWII vehicles, with a slightly lighter tone intended to account for scale effect and subsequent weathering.

Tamiya Acrylic Mini paints can be applied with either a brush or airbrush and work well on common model plastics, styrene resin, Styrofoam, and wood. The paint provides smooth coverage and can be blended easily. For airbrushing, Tamiya recommends thinning with X-20A Acrylic Thinner or compatible Tamiya thinners.

Best For: Painting WWII German armor, vehicles, and other scale-model subjects requiring a lighter Dunkelgelb-style yellow base color or three-color camouflage.
